Wow where did the time go?

Well what can I say? I think I need another two hours added to my day. There is just never enough time to do and get everything done.

I took all these pictures on Friday and it's now Sunday night and I'm just doing my post.

As you can see we had rain (at last) on Friday afternoon and we where attacked by snails, lots and lots of them. All over the patio, grass, plants and the poor bunny hutch. They seem to love the bunny food, I had to pick them up and put them back onto the grass, the bunnies bowl was full of them yuk! lol

Don't where they all come from? it's like someone opens up a draw of them and out they crawl. This picture was just a few of them. How many can you spot? lol

It's been busy, busy, busy on the work front, as you can see my work space is organized chaos lol, just how I like it. I know whats happening with it all and where it's going. And it's great having so much to do. And a bit of extra money is nice too. I can buy more lovely vintage things.

Just like this beautiful floral dress I got for Molly, she looks so cute in it. And wears it with her jeans. What a trendy girl.

She's not really asleep, she's just playing for the camera. You can see her smiling lol cheeky little thing.

She chilled out on the sofa, while I got everything sorted and packed for our trip to visit Grandma in Cheltenham. I love it there, if you haven't been I recommend a look. There are some lovely shops and walks to go on. And on a bit further there is Glos, where the lovely pottery ECP designs are made. They have a open showroom to buy from. Lots of lovely mugs and jugs. Perfect for all us dotty and flower mad ladies lol. And just nice to see things being made in England. www.ecpdesign.co.uk Check them out.
Lastly I had to put this picture on, this is Megan and Dougal having a loving cuddle. They knew we where going away for the weekend and cuddled up to each other for comfort.

"I'll take care of you Megan" is what Dougal's saying lol Crazy cats.

Be back soon.

Wheres the day gone? It just flys by on housework Thursday.

Where has the whole day gone, it seems like only 5 mins ago that I got up. At least now I can sit down, have my mocha and write today's post.
So far all the days been is clean, clean, clean. Washing on and out on the line, dusting and vacuum, wiping windows, mirrors and the girls faces. Then more washing on and bring the rest in and put it all away. wow it's feels like it's never ending. Stop for a bit of lunch and clear that all away and I'm done. Yeay! All ready for next time.

I love those programs where the mum's go on strike, they do make me laugh. Why do some men just think that we have little magic fairies that come in and do everything for us as soon as they've gone out the door to work? And we get to put our feet up, read magazines, drink coffee and eat chocolates. (I dream of this but it never happens lol )
I cant moan though my Ben is very good at helping with the running of the house and looking after the girls. He even cooks.
Lets say a big thankyou, all us lucky women who have one in a million partners. For this we love you. (Especially the ones that let us have all the pink kitchen accessories) lol

This is a little collection of fabric I got on Tuesday, while out at Bluewater. I don't think I have a favourite, I love them all. So pretty and make me feel all sunny.

As you can see I'm putting the vintage cake stand to good use. And coming up with new pictures for Mollycupcakes website. Thought the cupcake card looked great on here, I'll take this with me to the fair, as a display.
These cards are just so yummy looking, Katy at www.sweetpeadesigns.co.uk bakes them all and photos them, ready for printing onto sweet smelling birthday and other occasion cards.
She is one of my favourite suppliers and her cards will be arriving on my site over the next couple of weeks, just working on the pictures.

These are just some ideas, hope you like them. Any tips? I'd love to hear them.
Molly has had a very busy day and needed to put her feet up. It's my favourite chair and she loves it too. Only cost 99p what a bargain! I painted it baby pink and made a new back and seat for it, in lovely dotty and vintage rose fabric. So girlie.

I'd like to find a old fashion deck chair to restyle and give a pretty new look. Must get out to some boot fairs.

It's shopping night tonight, so I must get ready soon lol

I've been reading through other blogs, ones that my friend Tracy x has recommended. There are so many lovely and happy people on here, all with very similar hobbies, interested and beautiful families. It's just like one big family and very nice to be apart of.

Thanks for brightening my days x

Lastly I had to pop this picture on today's post, yes I've gone peg mad! and this is just a small amount of them. There is still another 40 to paint, dot and cupcake on.

A lovely and well timed order came in. I'll give the web address when they have it up and running. Will be well worth a look, lots of vintage furniture, fabrics and gifts for the home.

Opens next week. So good luck to The Little Polka Dot Pot.

And many thanks x

I've rambled on and ran out of time now, so see you all tomorrow.

A busy day.

"Bye bye Daddy" the girls waving Ben off to work, this is our little routine every morning. He has to kiss all 3 of us at least 2/3 times before he's aloud to go. lol And Molly always has to see him give me my kiss x goodbye lol.
Then they both rush to the window to wave at him, before he bikes off down the road.
I think it's so sweet, especially now our little Daisy can say bye and wave too. People round here must think we're mad lol every week day morning the same thing.
But we love it and wouldn't change a thing.

Molly feeding the bunny before we set off out for a day of shopping at Bluewater, we've a bus to catch and a shopping list in my bag. Lots to get today.
Birthdays, thankyou and fathers day cards to buy. Grandma needs a present from the girls and I must get some more pretty fabrics.

But before we go, I just have time to show you all this cute child's dust pan and brush set, I got painted last night. It will look even more lovely then it's dotted.

My little girls want one already lol Let me know what you think of them.

We had a lovely time at the shops, got beautiful cards from good old Marks and Spencer's. The girls a couple of gorgeous pink and white polka dot summer tops, pretty fabrics from my fav shop Laura Ashley. They have the most beautiful colours, I want to buy it all lol. And I miss working there sometimes, (well for the discount) LOL

Got my dad a great card and keyring, it's a cup, saucer and teaspoon lol he loves his tea!

Time seemed to fly while we where there, so before we came home I treated the girls to a Ben and Jerry's cookies 'n' cream ice-cream cup and I had a skinny mocha from Starbucks yum! I'm being a good mum and still on my calorie control watch. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm back into my size 10's yeay!!!

Ben says I'll be able to hide behind a pencil soon lol Don't want to go that mad lol Just want to get rid of that two babies close together muffin belly LOL (you know the one I mean!) I'll get there.

Well on the way home the girls where fast asleep before I'd even got on the bus, bless! And they slept until I got in. Just in time for dinner and some more play time. This is there little pink castle, their Daddy made it for them, out of an old desk chair box.

They love it lots. Just goes to show that kids always love the box more than the toy lol

The cats had a hard day, as you can see. lol

This is Tomas and Dougal, there be fur flying when one moves and they realise they've been cuddled up like this lol

Have a good evening everyone, see you tomorrow.

I love getting parcels! and gifts!

Another week to look forward to. I cant wait for Friday to get here, we're off to Cheltenham to see family. And I'm going shopping with my partners sister yeay! Theres lots of lovely posh, vintage and house type shops there. It's a bath town just like my other favourite place to go. Tunbridge Wells.
I love nothing more than popping in and out of little kitchen, gift, garden and a bit of everything shops there. I went on Saturday and was so happy looking around the Fenwick shore in the centre, so many beautiful things. My oldest daughter bought me another heart to add to my collect, which she started for me last year. I've popped a picture of it and all the others, she's got me at the bottom of the page.
Thankyou Jade I love them all x

This is the plant I got yesterday at the farmers market, it's so pretty and smells yum.

I don't think this picture does this vintage cake stand any justice, it came this morning and is a baby pink colour. It's now standing in my kitchen with whats left of the yummy lemon cupcakes I made last week. lol I told you they wouldn't last long lol
Now I have to make some more to fill the stand right up. Would you like some too? We need taste and scratch 'n' sniff on here, so you can all enjoy them as well.
Your just have image how yum they are.

This was my other parcel today. My partners sister and husband bought this gorgeous dinner set for us, as just a little thankyou for all the baby bits we saved for them. I have used it already, unwrapped it and washed it, then made some lunch and a cuppa. Our little Molly said "ooow pretty pink" lol so that means she like it to. lol

It also is a very good match with the Susie Watson jugs in our kitchen, so I think I'll get some of her dotty pasta bowls to go with it.

I just love it so much.

A very big thankyou to Sam, Paul and the bump x

Just before my coffee and blog break I took this photo of our fireplace, it has all my favourite hearts and a beautiful handmade lavender house by Tracy at www.cupcakesathome which I just adore. Her shop and website is well worth a look.

Just looking at them everyday makes me smile and think about where they all came from.

I have my oldest daugther Jade to thank for the hearts, she gets me one for my birthday, Christmas and really if she just sees any she likes.
Thankyou baby x

I hope you like looking at them too. I just wanted to share a few of my favourite things with you all.

Here's a picture of the pastry brushes I paint, this will be on the new look website. The one my partner is working day and night on, to get finished. I'm so very proud of him, he puts in so much time and effort to it. And I cant wait to see it all up and running.

Thankyou Ben for everything x

My days just been full today with sorting out the girls, playing tea and shops with them lol

Now it's a bit of mummy time, while my baby Daisy sleeps and Molly watches CBEEBIES for an hour.

I can get on and do my post and paint and make some new items for the website and fair I'm doing in July. Come along it's at Luddles Organic Farm near Cobham. They'd love you support and so would I :)

x

Look forward to tomorrow, see you all then.

Today was just bliss!

When I got up this morning and looked out of the window, I thought to myself oh no it's gonna be a dull day. But by 10am it was lovely and sunny. So our plans where to pop to the farmers market get some yummy food and then have a picnic here in this beautiful Kent field.

Buttercup Bunny came too!

Our Molly hugged her very tightly, just incase she hopped back off home to her bunny freinds lol

She fed her egg sandwiches and choclate cookies. Then made sure she had her sun cream on. Poor bunny, all she wants to do is hop around. But her little mum knows best. lol

Molly and bunny head off for a bit of exercise after lunch. And run down the hill, hand in hand. Bless! I love to see her so happy. Nothing more than a cuddly bunny, fresh air, beautiful field, mum, dad, big and little sis, oh and chocolate cookies to keep her going. And happy for hours.

We stayed for ages, just eatting, talking, taking photos and playing. What bliss, just wish everyday could be as nice as this. The weather was just right, warm sun and cool breeze. Arrr! lovely.

After lunch we went for a walk and picked these lovely Daises, dont they look gorgeous in my vintage cream jug. We had some like these growing in the garden but they've gone off now, and I've had to cut them back.

I got a lovely plant at the farmers market, will pop a picture of it in tomorrows post. It's a Nemesia 'confetti' beautiful little pink flowers and they smell like vanilla yum!

I just hope the Bunny doesnt like the taste of them, did I say she's staying with us now until after summer. Well yes we have her for a while longer and I think my little Molly is very pleased.

I dont mind her staying she's no bother, well apart from when it's time to go back in her hutch lol Why do bunnies just give you the run around and then just go in all on their own lol Good exercise though, work off some of those naughty cupcakes I made.

It's been nice posting about my day, as made it last a little longer. I hope all of you had a lovely time too.

Take care for now.

So pleased with the day, got loads done.

Yeay! at last all of these lovely mini childrens dust pans and brushes came today. And I cant wait to paint them and add them to my website. I'll also take them to the fair in July. And hope that other mums will love them as much as I do.

Big thanks to Susie x for getting them for me. Her website is just gorgeous, full of traditional, natural and organic toys & accessories. Well worth a look www.treehouseblue.co.uk

After I'd unpacked the goodies and sorted them into a cute little basket, I went muffin and cupcake mad. Baked up a batch of yummy lemon ice drizzle ones, hmm! the feel was scrummy.

Would you like one? Their low fat honest! lol

They wont last long in this house, not with the girls, myself and Ben.

Did I say Im cupcake crazy, I seem to be drawn to them like a magnet. lol I guess Im very easy to buy for when it comes to birthdays and Christmas. If it's pink and has a cupcake on it, Im as happy as a piggy in muck lol Any picutres or designs with cupcakes on, are very welcome. Im always on the look out for new things.

Say bye bye Bunny, she's off back home on Sunday with my oldest daugther. We've looked after her while she's on holiday.

It's been lovely to have her and I will miss her.

But it wont be long before she's back with us, I dont think the cats will miss her though lol. All she does is chase them round and round the garden, what a funny sight lol

It's the bunnies way of making up for my Molly chasing her all day. The bunny gets her own back by chasing the cats.

See you soon Daisy Bunny x

Molly knows she's going soon and her bunny Buttercup is giving her extra love and kisses to ease the pain. Bless!

That bunny is the best thing we ever got her, was a extra Christmas present last year. And she takes her everwhere.

We went off to Dymchurch last weekend and bunny came to. She had to have a paddle, collect pebbles and eat fish and chips. lol Poor thing she needs a wash now. That will have to be done when Molly's fast asleep and popped back all clean and fresh in the morning. Molly will never know lol shhhh!

Big kiss Bunny Buttercup X

Well I'll say goodbye for now, this blog was from yesterday and I've only just been able to finish it, the joys of motherhood. Theres never enough time in the day.

Other one of those days just not enough time for everything.

These is two of my silly cats, Megan and Dougal. They love each other and like nothing more than snuggling up together in the bunnies hutch.
"Yes I know you two, more photos being taken of you." Is no where safe lol

My poor little flower Daisy, she had some more jabs today at the doctors. She was not a happy bunny, I can tell you.
But soon forgot all about it after some nice lunch and a chocolate or 2 or 4 lol
What a mess oh well nothing that a couple of wipes wont clean.

Molly says I'll fill your shoes mum while your busy. I could'nt watch as she wobbled around the room on those, just thought any minute she's gonna fall. But she didnt, I was amazed by how well she catwalked in them. Up and down the floor like a little model. Cute chick! Made these the other day and just love them, got them both photoed and ready for the website.

My mum saw them and bought a set. It was the green. She lives in Ireland and green is her most fav colour. lol Anything green I paint she wants it. Bless

Thanks mum for all your support x And happy birthday dad for yesterday. The grand old age of 75 wow

So best get on, it's shopping night tonight, yeay! my partner says as he gets out his switch card again lol

Must get a couple of father day cards, why does everything come all at once. It's all buy buy buy.

moan moan! lol I'll be better tomorrow, all shopped out.
