A while ago the fabulous Claire from Elfie & Me put one of these lovely cake stand and dome on her blog page and after weeks of checking the Ikea website for them, I was a happy bunny when the stock level said yes in stock. Up we went and here it is full of yummy lemon drizzle muffins with lemon frosting tops.
So come ladies get yourselves to Ikea and grab one they're going like hot cakes lol

I love this! Id love to drive over to ikea for it, though that may be abit excessive as our nearest is about an hours drive!
Your dome is beautiful, I want one!! But would have nowhere to store it here, we are rapidly running out of space!
Ref. the snails- if you have a friendly local coffee shop owner I would pop around there with an empty ice cream container and ask for her/his coffee granuals, then spread them around your flowers on top of the compost. Also worth breaking up egg shell as snails and slugs don't like the feel of sliding over it (kind of understandable!) the other option is the old beer trap but may give the girls nightmares!xxx
I'm glad you got one of those cake domes, they're lovely. I remember admiring the one on Elfie and Me. The cakes look delicious too, hope you got one of those!
