I've make a few, help me keep them x

New years resolution No. 1
Aim to look this good by the end of the year.
And lose that muffin top belly I seem to have picked up along the last couple of years lol

And stop feeling like this lol
I'm very lucky to have a man that looks as gorgeous as this. And I won't change a thing about him. Yes Ben even your grumpy times. x I'm sure Mr Depp as them too hehe!
And I know he loves me just the way I am, but I'd like to change my belly for me. It would make me feel 100 times more happy about myself.

So now the last bit of Christmas pud and cake is nearly eaten, it's back to better eating and no snacking.
Resolution number 2 tomorrow.

Hugs.

Catherine x

Oh you....sure you're as slim as a rail already !!!!!
Your curves are testament to the fact you are a mum and a woman.
Try Nivea Q10 body lotion it really does firm up flabby tummy skin.I use it every day.Walk everywhere you can,I'm back up to 10,000 steps a day,you do feel better for it.
I think you look fit anyway.
Hugs to you Kat xxx

Good luck with no.1. I've decided against resolutions as such this year. Instead I have a kind of plan for 2008 but I'm definitely not calling it a resolution otherwise I won't stick to it. Healthy eating and getting fit is definitely a part of it though.

Happy New Year Catherine!
Good luck with the first one, I think it's normally on most peoples list, but like nonnie, I decided not to put it down as one, cause if I do it probably won't happen! So no diet this year, just a healthy more positive attitude.

Warm wishes to you and your lovely family, Jess xxx

I can see Nivea are going to be making some money out of your blog! I am going to tesco after work now! Have just been on your website and already destroyed the notion of not spending any money in January on stuff I don't need but want. Oops.Great website though, you are very clever!anna x

My real resolution this year is to have more fun and enjoy the now. If I can lose weight, become fitter, a better person etc etc then all to the good, but they'll be a bonus!
Wishing you all the best for 2008 and looking forward to reading your blog.

Catherine - you really have NO TUMMY AT ALL!

what ARE you going on about?

Remember, those pix in magazines are re touched. I know because I used to re touch them!!!!

And the people who have washboard stomachs are usually no fun at all, no treats, no babies and boring fitness regimes!

Anyway, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it!
